Pastor Balaam Ssempala is the senior pastor of Rock of Ages Community Church (ROAPC), a Born Again Christian church founded in 2008 in the Kampala/Nansana area of Uganda. Together with his wife, Florence Ssempala, he is committed to teaching God’s Word, nurturing disciples, and equipping believers to live Christ-centered lives that transform families, communities, and society.

Florence Ssempala is a co-founder and ministry leader at Rock of Ages Community Church (ROAPC). She serves alongside her husband, Pastor Balaam Ssempala, with a heart for discipleship, prayer, and nurturing families, women, and children to grow in faith and live Christ-centered lives that positively impact their communities.​
